Dec 28, 2009 (Karannina): We did errands in the morning after breakfast. First we went to the bank to exchange 500€ bills because no stores will accept bills larger than 100€ for fear that it is counterfeit. We went to Aldi’s and Real to get groceries. (Aldi has very low prices; even lower than in Canada.) We cleaned up the house because Tante Karin’s birthday/BD party was the next day. Alex and I cleaned up the Playmobil and put it away (during clean-up Alex and I had a fight. However we still love each other). Tante Karin made some lentil goose soup for supper – it was delicious.
