Dec 13, 2009: (Alex) Cairo, Egypt. Daddy awoke us with the smells of frying onions, garlic, and potatoes at 13:30 (jetlag). We got a safe ride in Amgad’s car in crazy traffic to MCC headquarters. I played golf, joked and laughed with my sister while mom and dad planned our train trip to Luxar. Got a ride back to our flat with wonderful aromatic supper of falafel and fava beans in pitas.
